About This Membership

These small group reformer sessions are designed to feel personal, supportive, and effective — combining the benefits of individual attention with the motivation and energy of training alongside others.

Sessions are kept deliberately small, so you’ll receive plenty of guidance, along with options tailored to your body and experience. Classes follow a layered approach, meaning exercises are built up gradually, allowing everyone to work at their own level while still feeling challenged and supported.

The focus is on building strength, flexibility, and skill to help you move with greater confidence and ease in everyday life. Expect thoughtful, well-structured sessions that leave you feeling appropriately challenged, well supported, and energised — with a sense of achievement and confidence in your movement.

This monthly membership gives you two reformer sessions per week, helping you build greater consistency in your movement while guaranteeing your place in class. Practising Pilates twice a week supports more noticeable progress over time, allowing strength, skill, and confidence to develop more steadily while helping your body adapt and feel the benefits more fully.

Membership also allows flexibility — missed sessions can be made up (subject to availability), helping you stay on track even when life gets busy.

Whether you’re newer to reformer Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, these sessions offer a welcoming, supportive space to build strength, confidence, and long-term progress.
