These mat Pilates classes focus on building strong foundations through thoughtful, well-structured movement. Sessions are designed to improve strength, flexibility, and movement skill, helping you move with greater ease and confidence in everyday life.

Classes are taught with clear, supportive instruction and a layered approach, meaning exercises are built up gradually with options offered throughout. This allows you to work at a level that feels right for your body, while still feeling appropriately challenged and supported.

Heka Pilates Mat classes offer a welcoming, supportive space to establish consistency in your movement and are enjoyable and engaging as well as effective.

They’re ideal whether you’re newer to Pilates or looking to maintain and build on your strength over time. Expect sessions that leave you feeling worked, energised, and confident in your movement — with a sense of progress you can really feel.

These small group reformer sessions are designed to feel personal, supportive, and effective — combining the benefits of individual attention with the motivation and energy of training alongside others.

Sessions are kept deliberately small, so you’ll receive plenty of guidance, along with options tailored to your body and experience. Classes follow a layered approach, meaning exercises are built up gradually, allowing everyone to work at their own level while still feeling challenged and supported.
