I’ve got a few updates for you for the upcoming (short!) term, along with everything you need to know about classes, events, and what’s ahead 💛
🌿 Term Dates
This term runs from Monday 16th March – Friday 3rd April 📅
Please note:
Classes will still be running on Good Friday ✔️
🌿 Morning Moves – Rise & Renew
This term’s morning series is all about lifting your energy and helping you feel good in your body 🌞
🌿 Rise & Renew – Morning Move Series
As the days get brighter and longer, it’s the perfect time to get your body moving and your energy up for the day ahead ✨
Rise & Renew is a 5-week morning movement series designed to help you feel:
💪 Stronger
🤸♀️ More mobile
⚡ More energised
Each session blends simple strength, movement, and flow to wake you up, build confidence, and leave you feeling ready for whatever the day brings 🌿
No pressure—just effective, feel-good movement 💛
➡️ This series will run into the Easter holidays as well on:

📅 Friday 17th April
🌿 What to Expect This Term
As it’s a shorter term, we’ll be:
✨ Revisiting some of the clusters we worked on last term
✨ Adding a few extra layers and progressions
✨ Finishing the term off with stretch & relaxation-focused classes 🧘♀️
A great chance to build confidence, refine your movement, and really feel the progress you’ve made 👏💫
🌿 Special Sessions
🧘♀️ Relaxation Class
📅 Tuesday 31st March
⏰ 8:25–9:00pm
A perfect way to reset, unwind, and give your body a bit of extra care 🌙
🌿 Socials & Events
✨ Socials and events will resume next term
🥐 Heka Social (Pilates & Pastries) – Dates TBC
🚶♀️ Walk, Wiggle & Talk – returning for spring & summer 🌼

🌿 Looking Ahead
Just so you can plan ahead:
✔️ I won’t be taking time off during May half term (25th–31st May)
🌞 My summer holiday will be:
📅 15th June – 5th July
🌿 Missed Classes
Just a reminder:
⏳ You have 60 days to make up any missed classes
💻 Online classes are also available if you can’t make it in person
